Ye, but this is not a Cesar salad, some tepid chicken salad.
You put a lot of spices in every dish. You mix everything so that I don't even know what I'm eating. Sometimes I feel like I'm eating meat with perfume. I don't taste meat, only spices.

He messed up. He made an entire salad. Just to let it sit in its own acids for the 15min that it took to make the chicken… the salad is wilted.

And Iโd like to point out that Mexico is in America Central America that is. Looks wonderful Chef however, I would replace the red wine vinegar with Worcestershire. That is just how I like it. But it looks good and I love that chicken. It looks yummy.

I love a chicken Caesar or a shrimp Caesar but Iโd do either protein first and then put it in the fridge then top it on the salad
I do pretty much the same dressing but I do not use eggs.

Caesar dressing is one of the greatest inventions of all time. I'm literally obsessed with the taste of Caesar dressing. I could literally eat a Caesar salad every single day and not get tired of having it. I have been for the last week. Lol.
