Red wine helps to keep the “good” HDL cholesterol in the blood, which may help lower the risk of heart disease when consumed in moderation. There may be a 50% reduction in oxidative harm and the oxidation of “bad” LDL cholesterol. In addition, middle-aged men with a history of stroke may benefit from consuming 1-3 glasses of red wine per day, for 3–4 days per week. #Shorts

Had a friend who had 2 strokes and 1 heart attack at by 84 years old. He was supposed to take blood thinners but he was stubborn. He stated drinking red wine and he is now 102 years old and doesn't take any blood thinner and he has great blood pressure. He doesn't drink red wine as much. Only 1 cup per week. Sometimes he has a shot glass and drinks 1 shot per night
Be careful because most red wines are full of chemicals and sugar which is no bueno
I'll do my level best to have 3 glasses a day every day 😂

You can also takes the pill form, it has the same molecules you want from red wine, it's safer because more regulations has to be done than normal red wine, and you won't get drunk
