Red wine helps to keep the “good” HDL cholesterol in the blood, which may help lower the risk of heart disease when consumed in moderation. There may be a 50% reduction in oxidative harm and the oxidation of “bad” LDL cholesterol. In addition, middle-aged men with a history of stroke may benefit from consuming 1-3 glasses of red wine per day, for 3–4 days per week. #Shorts
