Today we are in St Louis Missouri taking on a huge pasta challenge with the fried Ravioli’s which define St louis cuisine as much as st louis bbq! Today we take on a 100 Ravioli challenge with a 60 minute time limit in a quest for a $150 free meal and a sweet t-shirt! A standard order is 6 ravioli to give you reference to how big this truly is! I'm a little late posting this comment, but as a Missouri, T-Ravs are a must-have when traveling to St. Louis. I live in the southeast corner of the state, but it's always a treat to go up to St. Louis. I've never eaten at Anthonio's but I've eaten T-Ravs to know that they are so good to eat, especially with a nice marinara made from scratch.

Ravioli usually are kooked in water and thant short put in the sauce…. a native italian would cry when seeing this π Seems to be only commonin St. Louis….at least in Europe I have never seen it anywhere served like this π
