Homemade pasta, my non-cook gf spiced it!

New recipe for me.
I was worried it wouldn’t turn out because I ratio’ed it for 2 people, but a little extra oil made it perfect.

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
A touch of olive oil if needed

Make a well in the flour pile for the egg to go in, mix gradually with fork, then knead.

Once well mixed, let REST 20 minutes
Roll out and shape as desired
Salt your water like the SEA and bring to boil!
Boil that pasta, only needs a minute

I had leftover crab from Red Lobster, plus its garlic, and added the crab, a chunk of butter and a bit of oil to a wok and heated, then added the pasta.
Delicious! Needs a light sauce tho, thinking a cream sauce with light mozzarella or Asiago flavor for next time
