   I’m trying to youtube university a new training program for the restaurant I work at. Thank you for putting this type of content out there!

   PS, you should use the edge of the table to fold the napkin and only pinch it atbthe edges when folding. The idea is to touch the serviette as little as possible. But that is also the same fold I learned!

    That’s funny I work in fine dining and I carry mints but it’s annoying bc they always make noise in my apron when I walk, we also have to use g2 pens

    I’ve been working at The Cheesecake Factory for years. I am a shift leader, and I just got offered a position in a fine dining restaurant. I am super nervous. But this video is helpful in many ways.
