Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream, thickened with gelatin and molded. This panna cotta recipe is healthier than the original one, as we add milk to the cream and reduce the amount of sugar. Also, we use the beans of a vanilla pod, which infuse this panna cotta with a tasty aroma.

Ingredients for 5 serving a 100 ml:
– heavy cream [250 ml / 1 cup]
– milk [250 ml / 1 cup]
– sugar [30 g / 2.5 Tbsp]
– vanilla pod (half)
– gelatin powder [5 g / 3 tsp]
– blueberries [100 g / 3.5 oz]
– sugar [10 g / 1 Tbsp]

Energy and macronutrients per serving:
260kcal, with 20g of fat, 15g of carbs and 4g of protein

  1. I've been growing a "dad bod" in recent years, which is getting out of hand. Hence, going forward, I will try to make popular dishes a bit healthier. CAUTION: that doesn't necessarily mean healthy, though. 😅
