    I don't know much about Anthony Bourdain …. this is the first interview of him that I've watched. My first impression was that: I think he's an alcoholic because his face was unusually red. Did he like a drink? That would make sense for someone with depression.
    Even though he's a good 15 – 20 years older than me, the loss was too soon for him and everyone around him.

    Yeah, if you're the only person at a restaurant,that's not a good sign for the freshness of the food.

    Miss this guy, so genuine and an amazing story teller. You can tell, from this clip and a few others that there was a layer of sadness not too far beneath the surface. I've known people with clinical depression and it just manifests differently for them. Sure there are days where I am quite stressed and feeling down/depressed, but the difference I've noticed is this serious "spiraling" which tends to manifest in people like Anthony.

    I prefer the coleslaw by a huge margin. Popeyes reduce and beans pretty good lol. I went to Moto and Calumet Fisheries (still have my 15yr old shirt) because of him. Two of my favorite meals. Thank you Tony. Late night withdrawals were easier watching you.
