Caesar Salad is a staple on the Italian-American table, even though it’s origin in Mexican. Lidia’s version is the best of both, and shows us why it is probably America’s most popular salad. And who doesn’t love Lasagna?  Lidia’s is classic Italian-American Lassgna steeped in her special meat sauce.

  1. Not sure about her recipes, never tried. I heard this lady is not a pleasant person, in person. Very sad.

  2. I usually make chicken parmesan with chicken breasts & buy Rao sauce to add to the chicken along with mozzarella cheese on top. I like your idea of making your own sauce with fresh tomatoes adding fontina cheese, and ,of course, chicken thighs. Thanks, for the new way of thinking about making chicken parmesan. Looks so delicious & after your taste testing this was confirmed!
