Want a bargain Italian property? THIS IS IT! Every now and then I get offered an Italian property and I think to myself, “Wow! I want it”.

In my opinion, this is a steal. Built at the turn of the 20th century in Umbria on the border with Tuscany this amazing Umbrian property just needs love and attention. Well, potentially a little more, but it was hand built in stone, has a lovely mature garden and easy access to all amenities.

Asking price: €320,000

  1. Nick, thank you for another amazing property and yes it is a lovely project that only needs some money and passion to make it the perfect Italian villa. We would love to see something coastal with lake or sea views.

  2. I am completely and utterly in shock! This is absolutely the Tuscan dream and I have never wanted a property so badly. And when you said the price… unbelievable! Someone is going to be so lucky and blessed to be able to call this one home.

  3. Smashing place Nick…! This home seems as though it was built to hold a large family for sure and I can see with some TLC and $$$ investment how this property can become a wonderful place to live once again.

  4. Nick what a gem of a find!Stunning blank canvas and so original. For the money it’s a great value for the space once updated. Truly stunning. Am a little lost for words you could feel those rooms and the tranquillity of the property. Well done on this one.

  5. Another great property just waiting for that passionate heart, mind and wallet, loved it!
All the properties you entice us with, have such beautiful wood doors and windows, just wondering what species the old masters would have used?
Can’t wait to travel to your next find with you, as we sup our Sunday morning coffee in Canada.

  6. Nick, a table with the marble top like that is more of a work surface for kneading and stretching dough and preparing food, and less of a dining table.

  7. Nick, don't even think twice. Buy this and make it your new office.

  8. Hey Nick. Another beautiful home. Wow. A dream of a place. Probably sold already. Thanks for all you do. I so look forward to seeing you and hear your laugh. Xxoo

  9. First I’d like to say that I watch a lot of real estate videos for Italy and yours is, hands down, my fave. I love watching you and your love for the properties and for Italy is obvious and infectious. 🤙🏻🤙🏻. Second. This house. It makes me wish I could just up and move to Italy and make this place my own. I’d have to find a spot to install an elevator in this one so that I’d be able to age-in-place but…surely that would be doable. Love love love this home!! Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

  10. Hey Nick, I really enjoy your property tours, very professional and so many beautiful houses. I have an idea especially for houses like that one. When it is sold, maybe the future owner want to cooperate. You can do exactly the same tour after the house is renovated and put the 2 videos next to each other, that we can directly compare every angle 🙂 It would also be a benefit for the future house owner and some advertising for you. Continue your great youtube channel!

  11. What!? Under 400.000 Euros! How many kitchens? Two? Three? Oh, what a dream come true for some young, energetic family with a passel of children, a generous pull it all together and interior design budget, and possibly a home internet based business. Enormous! Unique. And? Enough character to have loads of fun with as one plans and then creates a landscaped heaven with an impressive view. I quite love that pizza over, by the way.

  12. What a wonderful adventure! I thoroughly enjoyed this well-paced and detailed tour. This property has tons of potential. The ground floor rooms are great, though I'm not sure about putting the kitchen there. I really like that kitchen area with the fireplace and nicely tiled floor. But…. Instead of converting the small room at the top of the stairs on the first floor into a study, I would remove the doorway and adjacent walls to allow the light from the balcony to stream into the hall. The price is too good to be true, considering the size of the house, the cantina, and the ground. Yes, an additional investment is required, but this could be spectacular. Nick, you provided us with another great intro, not to mention the rest of the video. Grazie, grazie!

  13. I cant believe it. 2xspeed and it still goes slooow. Had to check the speed by turning op the sound which I had silenced because…so annoyng to listen to.

  14. Meant to say that this was very interesting. The house is great! As usual, I would really like to understand how it all works on a daily basis if you are not doing AirBnb etc. Guess that is not the brief. Very enjoyable nonetheless! More village houses please! Thank you!!

  15. Yes! This is very special! If I were in Italy now, I'd be reaching out to your office. A treasure to upgrade and cherish fully to keep its full Italian history and beauty alive! Thanks, Nick, for this great tour… loved it! 👏🙏😊

  16. In the attic, I would wrap all of the main beams and rafters with distressed wood to make them look like solid wood beams. I'm an interiors contractor that works on multi-million dollar homes. I do that all the time- We put fake "box beams" in homes all the time. It doesn't cost the builder much but it looks killer.

  17. Hi! Would you recommend a real estate lawyer in italy who is reasonable to look over a purchase contract? Thanks!

  18. This is The One for me…and I love it just as it is❣️I was in a state of excitement all the way through 😊 And imagining the joy of my two shaggy dogs running freely through the grounds. Just rewatching now, Nick, and was rather horrified to hear you say that you’ve put dibs on those benches. How much does a boy need, eh? ; ) ; ). Naturally, in the thought of buying this property, I’d anticipated their presence…in situ 😊😊

  19. P.S. Love it! Love it! Love it! ❤ And had already said that I’d leave those cracked tiles before you did, in the very next breath 😊😊. Repositioning the loo in the green bathroom would definitely be an improvement though. Thank you 🙏 as always, Nick. Where’s Mackey- he’d loved accompanying you on this one 😊
