This wine is well known in Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia – it’s original homeland. We found the white wine grape in the most unlikely place… and it’s so delicious, you’ll want to have it alongside Pad Thai.

Hopefully, hitting up the Finger lakes..next year. Thanks for the update.
Finger Lakes surprises again!. After seeing this it makes perfect sense. I've only ever had this from Georgia. Bees wax is one of my favorite tasting notes 😋
Great segment!
I almost fell for it, until I didn't hear burnt tire on the nose. I'm a noob here so if there are Rieslings that don't have that. Idk. But that's my limited knowledge. And Riesling is my favorite. The sweet and acidic ones. Not the dry ones.
ty can't wait for ep. 2! Do 1 on Chenin please!
You’ve raised the bar with this format. Excellent from both of you. More like this please.
The original name of Georgia (the country, not the state ) is SAKARTVEL.
❤ need to try this
I hardly ever drink wine, but these videos are so fun and informative. Great job!
👍👍
Good stuff!
The video, and the varietal! 🙂
You will also find this wine in Ohio's Grand River Valley. They make an outstanding version of this wine.
Yayyyy FLX!
Big fan of the grape! I’m heading back to 🇬🇪 Georgia soon and can’t wait to be knee deep in it!
My wife and I go to the finger lakes region often. We love it. Some great wines from this area.
Excellent format, love it from France and am definitely looking forward to checking the next ones! Thanks a lot for it
Great vid, as usual! What I'd like to see is a video on everyday drinking wines – meaning in the $10 range. I'd be interested in what you think of some of the regulars on my wine shopping hit list: Dark Horse Cabernet, Dark Horse Double Down Red Blend, and Penfolds Koonunga hill Shiraz-Cabernet.
Very interesting! Now I just need to try to find it!
Excellent wine. Great winery. Thanks for the informative video!
