A bit longer video today, but understanding. Wow I’ve been to many wineries & this place is aesthetically decorated with the equipment. Most wineries here in US are very utilitarian w/the equipment. The home was nice but not my favorite, it’s always the views that get me! Cheers Kirk

As always another wonderful video, thank you. I really wanted to love this one…but there's something strange with the look of the winery. I absolutely love the design of the buildings; however, there is a strange disconnection between the beautiful stonework and then that smooth exterior…is that plaster? The color and texture differences are just not working for me. If that exterior were turned into a uniform matching stonework, I would buy this place in a heartbeat.
Its a beautiful property. I will consider it while I jet to Monaco tomorrow an then a quick getaway to St. Moritz. My only concern would be the ROI but Im sure other revenue streams could be imagined.

The winery looks as if it has been there for centuries. This is what quality craftsmanship and vision will produce. It blends in seamlessly with the environment and with the main villa. I would imagine the wine produced must have incredible mineral content thanks to the ancient terroir. To showcase the rocks and gravel is a unique touch.
