Welcome to my new Crusader Kings 3 let’s play series, where we try to establish the Angevin dynasty in Crusader Kings 3. In this episode the life of a king is rather precarious. This Crusader Kings 3 Angevin series is using the Tours and Tournaments DLC

I'm quite eager to be able to watch this later after work; the title is already drawing me in.
To kill a king on his wedding day sound familiar shame that the king is not name Goeffery
Well, well, well. If going for your grandchildren inheriting the throne of France, then the line of succession must be pruned, one murder at a time.
In an ironic twist of fortune, your brother remains the Duke of Poitiers, and so cultivating that relationship may turn him into a willing agent in most plots in the french court, a powerful one even if he becomes a council member of his king (which is rather likely if you help him take Brittany, as he'll be a pretty powerful vassal with decent stats.
On the matter of generating more children for alliances, well, seducing your wife may be a worthy pursuit for that purpose.
Finally, on diplomacy and military matters, try putting your chancellor on Foreign Affairs for a chance to prematurely end the truce with England (if it hasn't ended already) to march on them for the final piece of Anjou.
I like you got the wrong achievement for killing the King too, though since you came with the express purpose of killing the king, it was like a hunt
an excellent choice of marriage. like i had said an episode or two ago, i can see this house playing into the position of the new crowned dynasty of france. and afterwards a possible stretch into english lands would be a good and slow playthrough. blessings and heirs to prince foulques and princess marguerite❤️👑
What a turn of events liege! I am very excited to see how this war with Brittany turns out!
I burst out laughing when you just casually said the primary heir to the kingdom of Castille was married to the court jester 😂
Everything is very "interesting" 😂
Nothing to do with the vid, but I think you should give a look to the CK3 Mod "Apostheosis : the hellenestic Age".
Please focus on taking over the France! You're in such a great position to do so!!!
"Père,many things have been on my mind lately. Thank you for the Duchy of Aragon you have bestowed upon me and the marriage you have arranged with Princesse Marguerite. Once the marriage is confirmed, even if we can't install her as Reine de France sou jure, we could feasibly install her to the various titles she holds claims over. We could give her a county so she is a vassal of Aragon and secure her rights the various territories of the French throne piece by piece.
I was wondering of my cousin, Folques. I believe only a short time ago he was third in line to the Duchy de Burgundy. Perhaps, something can be done to ensure he finds his way to rule Burgundy. Whether accidents befall those above him in succession or he is installed by martial force, would it not be better for our house, if he ruled there?
As Grand-père fought for gran-mère claim to Auvgerne, perhaps you could find a claim for Mère. The Duchesse Wilmot was a faithfull ally, though perhaps her passing presents new opportunities like the County Foggia or perhaps Mère will have claim to the duchy. Do you not think it is wise to expand our base of power outside the traditional lands France, where Roi Phillippe III could claim de jure overlordship?
Perhaps, we could also start holy wars for duchies in Andalousie before Roi Nuño takes more lands from the Mohammedians.
Oncle Richard's claim over Brittany will certainly be a great advantage to our House. Might I suggest Père that Oncle Richard has proven himself a capable leader even if he had to face many rebellions. His daughters though are young and vulnerable.
It is a shame my first cousin three times removed, the countess Denise has been cuasing insufferable much strife for the family. Much celebration will be had when she passes, I am sure.
A final curiosity, do you not find it strange that instead reinstalling himself as King once again the former Roi Ralph II d'Angletere allowed Roi Albert I to abdicate in favor of his son Roi Albert II?Strange that deposed Roi Albert I d'Angleterre is allowed to act regent for his son. I wonder that if I were to have a son, he could marry him to bethrothe him to the Princesse Adelaide de la Pole our children could be heirs to Angleterre and France.
I seek only to further your legacy père
Your faithful fils,
Prince Folques d'Aragon"
I think you should work to gain the kingdom of France from the shadows from now, you are an intrigue character and I don’t think your next characters are going to be up for murder
You could also, if you like, marry your grandson, to your brothers eldest daughter, it might be a little to Hapsburg for some but it makes sense
I got red wedding vibes from this video lol
If you ever get the chance to come to the UK, definitely check out some of our castles, it's definitely has some very interesting insights into our history
Not killing your brother paid off in the long run, because now if you really wanted to after this war is over and done with you can nick it off of him in a war.
Ah yes, playing the long game with the French throne fits the rp perfectly as do supporting your brother's conquest(for the good of the dynasty), just a reminder that you still need to give away the actual Duke-title of Berry + perhaps try to get closer to the wife to have a few more children.
