  1. Apparently a good chunk of nyc luxury high rise condos are owned by shell corporations as a mean to hide assets for foreign investors. Most of them just being empty / unused.

  2. I wouldn’t even visit this place. To each their own. I’ll keep my feet on the ground, thank you. 😂

  3. honestly, that's one of the most ridiculous "suits" i've ever seen. Sorry – I couldn't take him seriously with those clown shoes.

  4. Just saw a different video of a house in the US that was 295 million. Most expensive in the world was in the Billions. Luckily I stay in the 3-5 million dar range…..😊

  5. No matter how expensive the house or building is in NYC, it
    👉HAS RATS👈
In the structure and on the
    Property.

  6. Quarter billion dollars and nothing about it seemed the least bit comfortable. Pretty much a personal mini hotel and entertainment space

  7. It's only 250 million of somebody would buy it but the liberals have turned NYC into a hell hole so who would move there

  8. I know some people in New York who passed on the more expensive condo to get the one without the balcony. Some people who would be fine in an enclosed space get anxiety when up high and out in the open. Also if you have kids or intend to bring heavy drinkers over, best to pass on the balconies with the 500 foot fall 😬

  9. He is the listing agent for the property so he makes about 2.61 %. If a customer who has their own agent then they make 2.36 %. Now lets say that if Ryan is the selling agent and the buyer goes straight to him to buy it then he gets a total of 5% of the selling price. If he sells it for $250,000,000 then he makes 5 million dollars or for you Brits it would be 3897895 pounds

  10. I think there's at least one new mansion in the hills overlooking Los Angeles that costs more.
(They should've said "most expensive penthouse.")

  11. In NYC they don't have earthquake standards in building. If a freak large earthquake hit there, all those will fall.

  12. Only reason I wouldn’t be in that building is ww3 being right around the corner. China like ls to take down big buildings.

  13. I live a few blocks from here! Beautiful penthouse. Maybe someday I’ll get one like this haha

  14. Nice place… If I win the mega millions I'm in.
Although you cannot see the curvature of the earth at 1,500'

  15. I once lived in a Hollywood building on the eighth floor. The entire wall was glass. Helicopters never got close enough but it occurred to me anyone in the Hollywood Hills with a telescope could see in. I had to conclude that if someone was that desperate to have a look…let them. I’ll never know. It’s their problem, not mine.

  16. that's such an ugly place for a quarter of a BILLION dollars. billionaires are wild. idc if I have 10 other homes and this one would be bragging rights, its ugly

  17. This is such a contrast from my concepts for what I want out of life — my grand dream, yes, is to have a new construction home — but to be clear, the plans I like looking at are just barely bigger than "tiny homes" and might not be big enough to be a primary residence in some states. (Connecticut, where family lives, may have a minimum size of 800 square feet. I found a plan that's 720 square feet and I'd be fine with it for my own purposes; I just really like the idea that I know everything that went into something.)
