I make fruit wine very often, this method is very easy, no need any tools or any special wine making instruments. This wine making method is very easy, healthy, natural.
you don’t need sugar, yeast, or any wine making additives and chemicals.
Actually, this is dangerous. If wild yeast survives (which sooner or later it will ) there will be fermentation of the natural sugar. This will lead to highly explosive jars. You wouldn't be the first to loose your eye sight from this happening.
If it doesn't ferment it could develop anaerobic rotting. Less explosive but very toxic.
There's nothing to suppress microbe development. So catastrophies waiting to happen are not limited to the above, unfortunately.
The concept is like inventions of the perpeteum mobile: Attractive as long as you don't use your brain. Clear mistakes once you do.
Fermentation creates a decent amount of Co2 which will increase pressure inside that jar. Seems like you’re teaching people how to make small glass bottle bombs. This is dangerous the way you’ve shown.
You don’t need to apologize. This is amazing! I love that this recipe is so easy, understandable, and fun! It’s the first wine I’m trying. (Wish me luck) lol. Thank you so much. I just shared it!! P.S. I hate added sugar wines. This is right up my alley! Thanks again.
The fruits have enough natural sugar and yeast to produce wine, absolutely. The only problem with this video is the end, sealing the jars tightly. Do so, and in time you’ll hear all your jars exploding wherever you set them from the buildup of co2.
Lame video. Looks like yur making glass jar bombs. Also didnt need 6 minute video to show how to fill jars with fruit and water. Forgetaboutit. I won't be doing this method.
Do not do this! There are much better ways to make fruit wines. He doesn't even say you have to burp the jars or they could explode. Do more research and pass on this video. This method will produce wine but wild yeast usually doesn't produce good wine. He also leaves many steps out of the process.
This cant be wine, hot water is killing yeast. So many unhealthy practices! The worst is that your jars would have exploded if yeast consumed the sugars. Never ever follow this method, it's not only unsafe but very risky. There are plenty of videos around on how to make wine.
So all you have to do is put the content of what you want in a jar, put crush graps, hot water, and BAM!! wine??? How long does it take to become wine? Also can I put ceylon cinnamon or whatever in it?
Thanks for the nice video. I really love wine, especially when it is made at home in a natural and healthy way. My question: After the fermentation period is over Does wine contain toxic methanol, does fermentation produce methanol??
Don't close lids tightly after you just pop them in a jar, you can only do that after a week or two. Before that you need to allow fermentation gases to leave otherwise jars might explode.
To the YouTuber, don't add text in the last few seconds because recommended videos will cover it up

How long can we keep it with without opening?
I like the fact that doesn't include any sugar on it. I will try it.

This needs much more information.

What was the alcohol % ?
This sucks
By no chemicals do you mean no alcohol? How long do I let the mixture sit to no or the least amount of alcohol?
Better you could do much faster… u are very slow

Way too light on information
Could I squeeze wild blackberry juice and ferment it like this without rinsing?

Horrible video. Instructions are poor and some are plain wrong.

Call it what you want, but it is not wine.
Greetings.
How many months do you store it?
