The market looks great – suggest the market in central Dijon when
next you’re there….cheese is awesome; although dint buy wine there as it’s a rip off – local Quickee Mart or Dijon wine central is the go. Barolo on my 25’ list

I don't know Agnese, I think you have a real thing for Italy, and you may have heard Italians have quite a thing for you Northerners.

Great place to visit. Did you have any Metodo Classico when you visited? Also there are some young winemakers who are producing outstanding Chardonnay at the moment in limited amounts, but very promising and good to keep an eye on.
