  1. It’s not the polenta it’s how it’s served! Why not Polenta floor! Since we are regressing back into our primal self 😒 and marinara on top of polenta?! You can tell when a southern Italian is cooking a northern recipe!

    FYI! That's knotty alder or pine! Very absorbent wood! Food will get stuck and decay in the knott's and penetrate into the wood.

  7. 1100$ for garbage on a table. What kind of person thinks, polenta, pesto, truffle oil, parmesan, bone marrow and breadcrumbs is a good flavor combination.

    This is as stupid as food can get.
