I also like the outdoor dining area. Such an amazing view. I can’t imagine the luxury to have dinner under sunset there. Again you and your team did a great job! Great camera work, like the music and as usual a great commentary and informative walk round. New job title? Brand ambassador. Deserved. I hope the video's are now paying for themselves and helping the business. The villa is lovely but not my first choice. I am sure it will find a new owner soon though as the place is stunning.

I thought Stefanie was going to bust out some dance moves at 0:18. I feel like we need to be very careful walking in this house so as not to break any of the sculptures. It looks more of a museum than a home. Still stunning though.
That kitchen needs to be tripled in size for a property that large. Everything else is gorgeous.

Except for the interior designing, this villa is a dream.
It’s genius whenever Stefanie shares something that adds value to the property. A perfect example is when she talked about Augusto Rey’s celebrated platonic love for the daughter of the neighboring Sala Family. That brief narrative did strike a chord and it made the hopeful romantic in me see the property in a different light. Thanks, Stefanie. I wish you 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7 kind of love.
