You could get a partial bath between those two bedrooms. That wall might be loadbearing, but if not, you could move it into the master bedroom a bit and then cut another doorway to the smaller bedroom.
These houses in Italy look so solid. They've been standing a long time and will continue to do so for a long time.
As long as I have youtube available to watch your further adventures along with a few others, I wouldn't mind the isolation and peace and quiet.

I was initially disappointed when I saw the short length of this week's installment. However, you packed so much enjoyment in 15 minutes! The location is super, with great views. I really like the house, especially the wide use of stone and the ceilings. (though I wish there were a second bathroom and a balcony for the master bedroom.) I was hoping for a little bit of ground to plant some vegetables, and you didn't disappoint. Nick, thanks for another wonderful video, your enthusiasm, and a cameo by Macchi! Can't wait until next week's rummage through history.
