The Salone di Apollo e Aurora is located on the first floor of the castle, this breathtaking grande dining room is adorned by authentic Italian frescoes by Federico Zuccari, dating back to the second half of the 16th century.

Located within the picturesque city of San Gregorio da Sassola, just outside of Rome – Castello Brancaccio has been proudly writing history since the 10th century.
In 2020, Ashford Group took on the project of restoring the castle in cooperation with the Comune di San Gregorio da Sassola and the Sovrintendenza Capitolina ai Beni Culturali. Continuing the castle’s legacy through management with a luxurious flair, by Ashford Group’s long standing record of excellence within hospitality.
