  2. Awesome video! I'm coming to Rome tomorrow.. couldn't change the date.. I'm wondering if museums like the Borghese gallery have modern equipment like an ac or if they are build in a way that keeps the air flow cold? 🤔
An super in depth video on what to to on the hottest days in Rome would be awesome! 💞 Like fe are there spas or some thermal baths that offer a cold swimming area? 😊

  3. Stay cool Anastasiya 💨 🥶 🩵
🤗 🤗 wellll maybe we’ll skip the hugs in this heat hehe 😉

  4. We just left on the 19th. It was so HOT and so HUMID!! Bring sun dresses and a hat. I came home with a heat rash. I live in Texas and Rome was worse because of the humidity.

  5. Now that we have visited Rome I was thinking of unsubscribing from your channel. But then I had second thoughts as your videos are like staying in Rome longer. You have very good video technique.

  6. Thank you very much Anastasia! I'm currently planning my trip to Rome with my parents, so therefore this video was very useful for me! Grazie!

  7. I was in Rome a little over a week ago, and this is great advice. We did the Colosseum tour as early as possible, but it was still 95 degrees at 9 am and over 100 by the time the tour ended 3 hours later. Bring an umbrella for shade and a fan (hand-held manual or battery operated.) We bought frozen water bottles from the vendors on the street. Totally worth the €2. We refilled them at the public fountains every chance we got. (Never pass up a public fountain or restroom. You never know when you’ll find the next one.) We also did an evening tour of Rome by golf cart, which was outstanding (Wheel Tours). The temperatures were cooler, there was little walking, the guide, Marco, was fantastic, and gelato was included.

  8. Excellent advice. We have found that even those places that have A/C are not kept nearly as cool as what we are used to in the U.S. Museums, for example, that are crowded with people are sometimes very hot despite being air conditioned. So, just being inside may not give you as much of a respite from the heat as you may expect.

  9. You are so right about everything! We are in Italy right now, and it’s been very HOT and HUMID. Get skip the line tickets. It will be worth paying extra so you wouldn’t have to stand in line for hours in the heat.

  10. You’re so spot-on! The black cobblestone streets don’t help with the boiling heat. And, lol, you’re right with the electricity grid. The A/C is paramount so the dishes in the dishwasher can wait. Finally, thanks to another of your videos, the Avène Eau Thermale spray really helps with the hydration. Off to the farmacia for a new bottle. Stay cool!

  11. It be still wonderful to still fly to Italy❤ its same in my country NZ Eastcoast summer time is over power Heatwaves

  12. So true! I am in Rome right now and boy is it hot! 😅 (and I’m from the Caribbean) thanks to all of your tips though and that Avene Eau di thermale spray it’s been bearable 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

  13. 😂 That’s a funny coincidence, because I am in Rome right now and yes, it’s superhot, but I also love how it’s not as cold and rainy as in my hometown right now. The heat reminds me of the time I visited Spain quite a lot, but I have to say one thing:
If you get a heatstroke or a headache from the heat, always have your meds ready with you or at least in the hotel. They’re a lifesafer! 👍 Oh and also drink plenty of water.

  14. Well said !! 👍👍35°C is very very hot ,especially with humidity !! Stay cool / safe ,please ! Wow ! 🇮🇹💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞

  15. Palazzo Venezia Museum’s was on full blast last week when the weather was well over 108F…… It was a lifesaver……

  16. Thank you very much. I am SO glad I will be returning to Venice in December! Also challenges, I know, and short days, and I only have natural fiber clothes, but it's better than the heat!

  17. I'm planing to go to rome in the first week of september next year. Is the weather also hot in september and is there many turists?

  18. it's called summer – don't worry, it won't be long before climate change brings fall and then winter – – it's kind of a cycle

  19. I live in Texas and we usually hit 100 to 115 every summer. You just have to become accustomed to the heat. I work in this heat but im dressed for it. Hat, covered nose and mouth with a white tshirt, sunglasses with side blockers, headphones 🎧 playing tunes, shorts and sleeveless white tshirt. Spray your arms with 100 spf sunscreen. If you can wet your hat and face covering with a little water that helps when the heat is at the 110 degree range. You need to prepare yourselves because this heat will only get worse every year. I can withstand working in about a range of about 115 to 125, but only for about an hour or so then i have to douse myself with water.
I have been to Italy. I loved visting Rome, Vatican City, Naples, Cumea and Pozzulo. It felt like Texas.

  20. Great timing for this video, My sister and I are bringing our daughters to Italy August 16th. We booked our trip a year ago!! We have been preparing for the heat. Here in Tennessee we had several days of very high temperatures and humidity and I stayed outside quite a lot so I could acclimate my body to the heat. We are so looking forward to our trip and won't let the heat slow us down. Thank you for your video!

  21. We are in Italy right now and it is hot…
BUT NOT BOILING HOT! The temperature is going down and it's nothing out of the ordinary. Last year (2022) we also spent a month here and it was HOT!

There was a heat wave during the last few weeks but it is definitely subsiding.

Don't buy into the panic of the climate change agenda! Our mother earth is following one of her normal cycles…. 🙏🌍

  22. I was just travelling in Italy, France & Spain from July 1st to 19th. And it was HOT! I toured the Colosseum around 5pm and it was still very hot. Best advice is to drink water – fountain water is amazing! I bought so much linen during my travel!

  23. Two days in Rome on the 21st and 22nd and only two places had A/C. Chanel and Celine. Vatican museum was just unbearable. Glad I am back to to the U.S. now. 33 Degree fells like nothing.

  24. Do stores and restaurants have ac in Italy? We’re going for the first two weeks, what can we expect weatherwise?
