  1. Another great Andoiulli sausage bake is with canned green beans, white onions, & potatoes & just salt and pepper! Trust me it is AMAZING

  2. Just found you at the beginning of this video. I'm very excited for more sheet pan dinner ideas. It's much appreciated. Variety s the spice of life they say. And from the clips you add you like what they say. LOL. I'm only up to the sweet & sour chicken so I may have more comments as I go along. But I wonder if you might wanted to wait until after you had ouled and seasoned the chicken and veggies and mixed them around BEFORE you added in the pineapple. I just can't appreciate all that garlic and ginger on the pineapple. On the things it's going with absolutely. But isn't the pineapple supposed to be that something light and fresh that doesn't blend exactly with everything else? I like that it is a bit different from the rest of the meal. Oh well, it's however you like it, right. Still looks yummy and will be one of the first I'll make. Thanks.

  3. Helloooo 👋🏽. We have a Ninga air fryer that fits a 9×13 pan. It is a toaster oven style that flips up when not in use to free up your counter space.

  4. Thank you Christine – I'm never going to struggle with meal ideas ever again! 90% of these meals are things my family will eat!

  5. Becky, Everything looked wonderful! Kudos to you for remaining calm after the freezer incident. I probably would have had a full blown meltdown before continuing on. I am sorry this happened. Little kisses for Baby Acre. Love from Iowa.

  6. I do a chicken and potatoes dish too. Diced up boneless, skinless chicken breast, gold or red potatoes, diced up. Put them in a 9*13 baking dish, (two dishes for our family). Add 1-2 bottles of either greek or zesty Italian dressing. Toss to cote. Top with some parm cheese and bake on 350* for about 40-45 minutes. Awesome stuff, usually no left overs.

  7. We made the fajitas last night. So delicious. We made steak and chicken. Chicken was my favorite! Thanks so much for these recipes. So easy. We are going to try and make our own fajita mix next time.

  8. I loved this video! I'd love to see you make a roux for gumbo in an iron skillet. My mother was taught as a young wife by Mrs. Lausau (sp.? ha!) in 1939 in Pt. Neches, Tx. She made a deep brown roux and added NO okra or tomatoes, but did add a little file'. That little lady was from the southern coast of Louisiana, and Mother said she had quite a Cajun accent!

  9. I feel silly, but I can’t find the links to the recipes. Can anyone tell me where I’m overlooking them?

  10. Always pronounce the "e" in "grazie". Every letter is pronounced in Italian and none are silent.
Yes, you pronounce the "v" in "voilà" 🤣 This video was so much fun and very helpful indeed. Grazie!!!

  11. Put your finger over the opening of the olive oil bottle and that will help as you pour.

  12. I absolutely love this channel. Amazing content as usual. Thank you so much. My family and I are in a dinner rut right now. All our usual meals are not interesting anymore. I'm planning all new meals this week. Thank you 💕🌟😇

  13. The sheet pan of Jambalaya consisting of red peppers, sausage, onions, Cauliflower Rice and shrimp with lemon juice?
It's probably good, but I'm a Cajun and that is not a Cajun meal.

  14. Tip: Cover your sheet pan with foil (shiny side down) for 3/4 of the cooking time and you will not only notice that your chicken thighs cook better, but they put off this wonderful juice to cover your vegetables which is amazing. **The reason you want the shiny side of the foil facing down towards your food is because if you had it facing out (dull side towards food) then most of the heat in the oven would be reflected away from your pan and you would have to have a much longer cooking time. Having the dull side facing out allows the heat to penetrate the foil and cook your food making it juicy and lovely. Thank you so much for the lovely recipes… My favorite is chicken or pork in the center with asparagus on one side and roasted fingerlings or red & gold baby potatoes on the other. If I choose pork, it is usually the really thick ones from Sam's or Costco and I will brown them before placing them on the pan to complete the dish. I am writing down some of the meals you are demonstrating to make them for my family of three (used to be 5 while the boys were growing up). May God always Bless you and protect you. ~SuzyJC-in- Central-Eastern-Ohio_07.24.2023~

  15. What the heck did you do with all that food? I know a few dishes you brought to your mom and neighbor, but OMG that was a boatload of food! ☺️

  16. I just saw a commercial for Ninja Woodfire that is big enough for a one pan dinner. Don't have to heat up the house! Love your channel.

  17. At some point you said you wished you could cook cook the sheet trays in an airfryer and I was going to comment that a convection oven is basically an air fryer or more correctly an airfryer is a mini version of a convection oven. I thought you must not have a convection oven but then when you were making the gnocchi meal you said you had a convection oven so you have a giant air fryer

  18. So I just found you so I am new here 👋🏻 So I am to the recipe for the red curry chicken drums with green beans. I will tell you a hack if you want to cook it all on a sheet pan but the veggies (like green beans ) get over cooked ( we prefer them to be vibrant green and slightly crunchy). You can put your green beans ( or any veggies that cooks super fast) and I use tin foil to tent over the green beans only, leaving the rest of the items on the sheet pan exposed so they all cook like normal but my tenting with tin foil, the veggies still cook but go slower and stay green.

  19. I’ve been doing sheet pan videos for a while… this is pretty crude and poorly done. Tip is to toss in olive oil before hand before putting it in the oven.. and the veggies need to be a thin later. That’s why they are not roasting properly because they are thrown into a clump. Your pan is way overcrowded.

Not all recipes should be made in a pan. That shrimp and tomato pasta was a sad atrocity. You can easily make that on the stove top. Sweet and sour chicken was really sad too.

  20. Hey! I just found you today 😊 you said something about wanting an air fryer big enough to fit a sheet pan? My oven has an air fryer built in so it would most definitely fit a sheet pan! It’s an LG with a cobalt blue interior 😊

  21. Thanks for the sheet pan meals, but my husband hates bell peppers. So I got about 2-3 recipes from this. Do you have another video without so many bell peppers? Or any suggestions on what to use instead?
