When making pasta to freeze for later, what is used to layer in between the pasta?? To keep the noodles from sticking together as they freeze, and in case they thaw a bit during transport….

Freezer paper?
Wax paper?
Butcher paper?

It will be vacuum sealed for freezer storage… so it’s inside of that.

Any experience here?

The best answer here is to freeze them separated, like on a flat baking tray, and then they can be bagged together without clumping.

Freeze on cookie sheets in single layer. Once frozen out in a freezer bag.
