I felt a little bias between some of the judges for chef ash. I think Brian one actually I feel like a lot of the dishes he made were more my comfort zone. Rematch

let’s be honest guys, Brian was way too over confident with everything, when going up against an actual chef, said repeatedly that he’ll knock chef ash out of the dust but lost out of it. to be honest the dishes were fine and he did present well but half of his dishes were messy, his entree with the ramen he bought something from a food truck when a shokugeki’s are suppose to be made with actual your skill not other people’s lol.
in all this was chef ash’s win and she deserves it all, brian was a dimwit that was way to confident with everything and lost with that, next time when you try to call someone out, try to have some skill lol. it’s like the same thing as saying you have an injury and you go to a practitioner that just took their first exam to get into medical school.

I think Brian should have won that one and not because he's one of my favorite reactors but with chef Ash's last dish a lot of opportunity was missed the chalice was way too big the plainting was kind of clunky felt like it was only half filled and it was a dollop of the fig butter what would have been better is to pipe it into a coil I would have gone more of a foam or whipped because it would seem like it's a heavy desert so it's not basically based on taste as I would say it's just mostly on the presentation and plating that just went downhill fast

I feel like this was comparing apples vs oranges. I thought they would’ve cooked more similar dishes or had more common ingredients so that it was a more even playing ground
I feel Brian was allowed to cheat by using the pastor made by someone with more skill. He called out Chef Ash and boasted his skills. Then he had to use someone else's pastor because they make it better than him. He didn't see the flaw in that? Lost respect in Brian.
So it was a cook off that allow contestant to bring in takeaway al pastor for their dishes? Yeah, that's like the best al pastor he ever taste so go get a recipe or make it with them in the taco truck video it and used it in the show…
