    This was 🔥it was my family’s first time cooking with saffron so if your kids are picky eaters I would recommend using just a bit less. I failed to make the crispy crust because I didn’t have the correct pan but i think i will try to go back in the kitchen and try to put a high heat to it now and see if I can form the crusty bottom part.
