Need of better writers, predictable. The US presidents child would be more “tailored” cause of his position. I get the need for the stark personality contrast but you made him into some blue collar archetype with money and privilege. Predictable and boring.

Can't tell you how happy I was when I saw that the book had a movie adaptation, but I'm a little sad that it's not released yet. I only finished reading the book, like, last week and I sure can't get enough of the two characters. Their differences add up to the most beautiful LGBTQIA+ story ever. No, wait. I recently bought the book and am determined to finish it before the movie comes out. (Doing good cant put it down already half way through it.) And from someone who also was able to read "Simon vs. The Homospiens Agenda" after the first movie trailer came out and before the movie came out. It is really nice and changes the experiencing of reading a book when you can put a face to a character. Yes I know the point is to use your imagination but I've learned at least for me; by having faces to characters established by a movie you are able to spend more time and more energy enjoying the book if that makes sense. So I am having a blast wit lh the book and am excited for the movie! 😄
