What is this design style called? This is how my own home is styled, and I’ve seen lots of inspiration and similar interiors, but there should be a term for it besides “contemporary” or “ultra modern”. They are always dark, masculine, heavy focus on materials and industrial finishes – but luxury. They are sort of post-modern, and the artworks are usually vibrant pop art (usually of street art, or digital culture, or kitschy).

Feels like a custom oversized bachelor pad for a very specific client with very specific tastes, i.e someone obsessed with KAWS for some reason. Did the builder get a bulk discount on KAWS art? Bearbrick everywhere. I could never see kids or even a wife in this house.

Impressive scale. The only thing the designer forgot is PRIVACY ! This place is "living in a fish bowl". The size of the entire structure is beyond scale. How do they clean the windows ? This is an accomplishment but really, it is not liveable because it dwarfs everything and everyone. Yes, size does matter !

I find it too dark. The exterior colors make it look run down, But I get it, that is the look the design architect was obviously looking for. Not for me. The Altman Brothers may have to bring in Flagg to help sell this one.
