Walt Disney World boasts some of the best restaurants anywhere, but one restaurant, in the heart of Magic Kingdom park, remains problematic no matter when we visit. Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is a Disney dining location that struggles with menu, food prep and service. I love lady and the Tramp 1955 movie
Wish there was a Tony’s at Disneyland…
DH and I had a couple of nice dinners at Tony's in 2013 and 2015. Our last table service dinner was at Liberty Tree Tavern. I enjoyed my plant based meatloaf, but hubby wasn't as impressed.
Tony’s is a hit or a miss for us
There have been times when we had great service & we enjoyed our meal while other times we had not so great service & or not so great meals & some times it been so so
But our servers never had us wait for 20 minutes
As much as I love the idea of this restaurant.. I've had nothing but a terrible experience from this place.
Got the spaghetti and sausage… the sausage was still raw…
I complained and they changed it out for the meat balls and the meatballs were under cooked… better than the sausage for sure.. but man what a disappointment.

I really wish that they would sink in some time and money to make these items taste so much better. This is prime real estate and it could be an amazing experience.
We just ate here on Wednesday, and it was hit and miss. I ordered the shrimp and potatoes, it was a joke, 6 shrimp and literally 2 potatoes. He did bring out more potatoes, the other family members enjoyed their meal, but mine was a miss. We did have good service and apps,

Unfortunately the last time I ate there my chicken wings were raw and cold in the middle. Thankfully our server was a sweetheart and apologized. The manager was also very kind and she refunded our whole meal without any issues. Not sure if I'll return but the staff was very kind and friendly. Also a great atmosphere as well overall.

I will say there food hear may not be perfect but the last time we all ate hear in 2021 it was still pretty decent.
What's on the menu
We ate there a few years ago. Our pasta was so bad we ended up leaving with the plates still full. Chef Boy Ar Dee was better than the mess they served us. Hopefully it got better, but we won’t be back.

My wife and I ate at Tony’s back in Sept 2022 and had a great experience. Had a salad, garlic bread and spaghetti split between us – delivered what we expected, and had a great server! Mixed reviews are never good but we liked the location (we used a late lunch to break up the day)
I had the steak and shrimp and my wife had the Alfredo this was our favorite restaurant
