    The best word from you, probably you've travelled to many places, and tried many dishes, and i'm sure that you must be met many kind of dishes..but, indonesia foods are better, so flavoury and spices..

  2. Usually in Indonesia, orange sambal (Sambal Bara, which bara means flaming) is the hottest. It made of Cabai rawit domba/cabai rawit setan/devils chilli you may find super hot in Ayam geprek or Super spicy indomie like in abang adek's. Green chili sambal is the lower hot than the orange ones because it could be made with green rawit (bird eye pepper) or green chillis which is lesser hot than all sambal you may find in Padang restaurant. Of course there is a tommatoes sambal which use red chillis and nutmeg which is tend to sweet than hot, you may find in Pecel lele stalls all around Jakarta.
