Prague is known for its beautiful old town and gothic churches but also for being one of Europe’s most affordable cities. This place is a paradise for budget travelers who love to drink cheap beer and is one of my favorite cities in the world.

  1. Please don't call Czech Republic Eastern Europe 😊. Trdelník isn't traditional, neither is that coke you had. Honest Guides are local YouTubers from Prague making amazing videos about Prague, check their videos before your next visit for a much better and more authentic experience 😊

  2. Prague is my favorite city in Europe but even as someone coming from the Netherlands I realise it's expensive, try Poland for a cheap weekend

  3. It might’ve just been a name repeat since the bottle looks different from what I’ve seen, but RC Cola, AKA Royal Crown Cola that you had is actually really popular here in North Carolina! It’s from the USA, and though it’s not as big or widespread, it IS a favorite in a lot of areas here in the Southeast! Goes great with a Moonpie!

  4. I am here right now and I wonder why is everything open on sunday. In 8 in the morning on sunday they were building/repairing the street in front of hotel we stay. And prices in the city is not cheap at all. I live in Germany and I can tell you that most things you can buy and eat as a tourist, you pay the same prices like in Germany. It is wonderful city, but it you cant tell it's cheap.

  5. Loved the video. However, they do have cola and pepsi and they're very commonly consumed, some places just serve royal cola instead. Their local cola "alternative" is another beverage called Kofola.

  6. what can $100 get in Prague until someone makes a video on youtube and slowly destroys each city by generating tourism at an uncontrollable level and increasing prices everywhere

  7. 4:44 thats just rebranded rc cola and our him cole is kofola for most of the people

  8. I love seeing americans saying great things about my country's capital city. I was always worried that americans would hate on it but instead they love it!

  9. Some incorrect informations in this video. They executed this people not just because they didn't want to convert. That is short explanation for kids. They was leaders of uprising against king of Czech and german emperor ( same person ). Of course there was some religion background but it was not so simple like he said.

  10. People if you go to a free walking tour you should at least leave 10 usd, it's someone's job, don't play with there time

  11. I love prague, however it is far from the cheapest city in europe. More like mid-low mid cost levels. Cities like Budapest, Sofia, Warsaw, Bucharest are far cheaper. I also believe that the cheapest city in europe is Skopje, MKD

  12. 5:30 The Trdelník is just about as traditinal to Czechia as the Taco is to the US.
Apart from that you might consider changing the title to something like Central-Europes Cheapest city as there are many more cheaper cities in the countries to the East of Czechia. For sure: everything is relative, and compared to London, Paris and even Berlin. Prague is super affordable.

  13. The pond the two statues pee in has the shape of the Czech Republic. It is an piece of art crafted by the famous Czech artist David Černý. It is a highly controversial piece of art and is located in front of the Kafka museum.

  14. Dude, 🍺 doesn’t cost $0.20! You’re a liar!

It starts at like $1.8 and goes all the way to $4.0 in the historic city centre. Meaning in a pub. In a store? You could buy one in a glass bottle for $0.50. That’s right. But only the cheapest one!

  15. Prague is so so expensive. Even if you want to buy a small mole stuffed toy you have to pay 45 dollars for it.

  16. Trdelnik is not traditional at all a actually 😀 It more of a overpriced tourist trap. Still tastes amazing tho

  17. Is Sad Man's Tongue the place with the owner that is from the US? Im pretty sure i went there

  18. Trdelnik is not traditional. It has a tradition of about 20 years only :-D. Its a tourist scam.

  19. 13:05 just stop that fkin cold war narrative calling CENTRAL EUROPEAN countries like Czechia + Slovakia – "eastern european"……we are allergic here to that narrative. Eastern europe starts in Ukraine. You are young and looks like uneducated or lazy to check simple geography. I guess you do not want to be labeled as stupid american, right?

  20. I recommend for you to go to Saudi Arabia riyadh city its definitely not what I thought it was its great 👍🏻
