Beautiful inside and out
Beautiful landscape for a wine tasting outside with the town of San Gimignano and it’s towers and the vineyards, the whole property is spectacular, the road leading to the villa a classic feature, the entrance to the main villa is a beautiful sight, particularly with the hanging wisteria; during the tour of the interiors of the villa, the views trough the windows are reminders of where it is, because they’re beautiful and give the feeling of a home, my favorite place was the kitchen, but that blue room which was painted like it had fabric on the top edge was also great.
The forest, the paths and the cantina built into the hill are so unique, there’s so much to see, even fossil shells!
I really enjoyed this one, it had very good photography and the drone views were awesome, last but not at all least, Stefanie is a great host, she makes it sound really charming.
I bet the owners couldn’t be happier with the presentation. It fully captured how breathtaking of a masterpiece the property is. Props to Chico for his amazing camera work, and to Stefanie for telling every noteworthy feature the property has to offer. She is undoubtedly the crème de la crème of luxury property presenters and … the only star in my clear night sky.
Wow! Truly amazing! I wonder what the logistics are of owning this land? Do any of the workers/caretakers live on the property? If not, what do you do with the extra housing? Do people rent for a week or weekend? Oh, to dream of owning a place like this! 💝

I like the property,almost enough grape for my yearly wine conssomation ;-).I like less the interior design but i'm more disapointed that "Super Stephanie" didn't show one of her others super powers this time.
I know the one she can make me like a property when i dont care at all or when she can change her shoes in a blink of an eye but I'm sure she 's got more super powers she didn't show yet.
