  1. If this is one of your clips from another longer stream, youtube will give you a strike for reused content UNLESS you talk over it, calling out what you're doing, you might even need to have a web cam of yourself calling out what you're doing.

  2. Not bad but lumber jacks chop, chefs don’t! We dice in sizes or mince! Also, that amount of onion is perfect!

  3. As I mentioned in your previous pizza video. Swap that Napolina tomatoes for Mutti, Cirio or equivalent. You will require no extra sugar and all the sweetness comes from the Soffrito. Cannot recommend spending a bit more money on high quality tomatoes, the comparison isn't even a contest, trust me!

  4. Buy a Robert Welch chef knife but wait for a promo or sign up for new buyer discount. I reckon with a good knife you could chop these onions even smaller.

    My mum is so amazed with my chopped onion and garlic. My secret is that I do the work to keep my knife sharp. 😊

  5. How would you substitute for onions if you were being paid to cook for someone who could not or simply would not eat onions?

  6. This is good for pizza but not for pasta. Only sicilians use oregano in their pasta sauce, and they always use fresh since the favour differs greatly.

  7. This is exactly how I make my sauce but I would add a tsp of sugar just to cut through the acidity of the tomatoes and tomato puree
