    12:14 So glad Chad tried to say “grazie”!! It’s pronounced [GRAH-tsee-eh]. Three syllables. The “e” is always pronounced like “eh” or “ey”. Love seeing Italy through your eyes! I used to live in Italy and have stayed in Florence twice. I love seeing the Ponte Vecchio. ❤
