    It's gorgeous! So many beautiful features!
    This is not a flaw, just a thought – I would have liked to see all sides of the exterior. My thought is that the house should be rotated 180 degrees so that the patio is the back of the house. The porch on the opposite side could be the front. Coats could be hung in the laundry area.

    Just one thing, replace the large table w/6 chairs to a smaller, round table w/4 chairs. Then add an island for separation of kitchen. Othrwise, perfect as usual.

    Love the design of the interior layout. Flows well and is functional. Loved the interior design choices of color and texture. Very pleasant and natural looking. That was cute location of the 1/2 bath in the laundry room. Hey, but who cares? it's a functional placement and shares the plumbing. Loved the kitchen zone. Practical layout and lovely dining space. Functional, but with a touch of elegance! Only negative for me is that outside space by the living room, taken up by the outdoor porch. This porch is a useless space for me, as I live in snow country and we tend to not spend lots of time outside most of the year. And I don't see a purpose for the outdoor bar and stools outside the kitchen. For my colder climate, not practical, as I live in snow country. But the bones of this home are terrific! Great job!!!

    I WANT A TRUE LAUNDRY ROOM, WITH TWO DRYERS, ONE WASHER AND A FOLDING TABLE, PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES COMING OUT OF THE DRYER, AND A PLACE FOR AN IRONING BOARD AND THE IRON.

    Was that a dishwasher under the microwave? If so, bad placement for that. Needs to be next to the sink. Lol . Other than that, it's beautiful!

    I’d have to use all of the back space because I need a dedicated office space, and I want covered parking. I hate having my car out in the elements. Nice place.

    I would like to see the credenza wall in the kitchen run the entire length with pull out pantry drawers on the entire bottom, the dishwasher put to the left of the sink and a lazy Susan turnstile in that left corner so there isn't any wasted space… And a larger 3 door fridge/ freezer to the right of the sink. It has left the video, but if possible, make that front sliding door two panels wide instead of three and put in a front foyer closet, please!
    Other than that, beautiful, livable, home for starter or retirement. You have seen the homes that I like and the ones that I don't. How do I get the blueprints and the costs of building? Do you build in Texas. Still curious where you put the heating/AC and the water heaters?

    Every time I watch a video of house design I think I've found my favorite house, and this one is definitely in the top five. The outside is just amazing, the living room/ kitchen area is a great layout, the kitchen is gorgeous, the white brick walls and white throughout is clean and light, and it's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom plus there's a half bathroom in the laundry room.
    This house is wonderful. Take me there now!
