I am laxmi from hyderabad. my husband got MI in 32 yrs age only.its been five yrs now..now he is taking concor(1.25mg)ecospirin(75mg)and tonact(20mg)..he quitted smoking aft his heartattack.he is very active and karate coach.but do he have a chance of second heart stroke..how should avoid it in future..bcoz I need to know about second heart attack causes and precautions..I have 12yr old only son..genetically will he carry this situation and to prevent it how..our cardiologist is so busy that he couldn't answer all my doubts..pls suggest me sir.recently randomly i saw ur videos..was very helpful for me.

  13. Hi Dr.Pal. I am greater follower of your intermittent fasting method. I used to complete by dinner before 8PM and having next meal at 1PM. Basically i skips morning breakfast. I reduced lots of weight and feel good now. I have question which i like to ask , many experts stating prolonged food intake gap which may leads to stomach ulcer as well. Could you please help to clarify is that true?
