5 quarts water with 1/3 cup + 2 TBSP kosher salt
12 oz Rustichella d’abruzzo dried pasta
3/4 cup EVOO
5-6 medium cloves of garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup finely chopped italian parsley
