My first job in the late 90's was at McDonald's and we USED to mix up hot cake batter and cook them on a griddle top. We had a special dispenser so they were all uniform in size. I only worked there a couple of years and during that time, they switched to pre-made hot cakes that came frozen in a big box.

Chinese be like – exclusives to china ? oh we have the frog crispy burger we have the cockroach paste sandwich with rabbit brain patty have the bat burger we have the minced rat meat rice bowl , we have the maggots with scorpions we also have the dog ribs available during yulin dog slaughter festival we also have the snake and zebra wings , we had some chicken fish etc but they discounted it cuz people didn't find the taste as good as normal human food
