*70g Powdered Sugar
*40g Egg whites ( room temperature)
Combine all 3 and set aside

*118g Granulated Sugar
*80g Water
Cook in medium heat around 8 minutes until reach 248 F 120 C

*50g Egg Whites
Beat for 1 minutes and pour the sugar syrup and beat for another 3 to 4 minutes

Coffee Buttercream
*5g Instant Coffee Dark Roast
*112g Unsalted Butter
*40g Powdered Sugar
*2tsp Hot Water

Preheated Oven at 350 F 176 C
No Resting on this Recipe, after tapping and pop the Air bubbles, Bake right away.
Place the tray in the Oven than turn down to 325 F 162 C and bake for 15 minutes
