WOW! Seems expensive but then it comes 100% complete meaning you do nothing but move in. One can definitely dream. I love it! Stunningly done perfectly. Just think of all the hard work one does not have to do trying to haul stuff in and get all set up. Just WOW! Well done!
I’m sorry but there is nothing that is “luxury” about this property. You keep saying “luxury”. Realtors try to make commissions by exaggerating the value of the property. The living space is small. The furniture and appliances are very dated. The patio and outdoor terrace floors have green mold. Dirty and not very pleasing space until washed and painted. Nothing updated. The rooftop terrace doesn’t have any great views. Your views are of other roof tops. I wouldn’t pay $100,000 for that property. Locals would not pay that amount. You’re selling this beautiful dream of owning a luxury Italian property to wealthy foreigners outside Italy.

Gallipoli is stunning, is been renovated so nicely. The sea is stunning.
Yes, it's pretty and yes it comes with all fixture and fittings but you are paying a premium for those and for its location. But no one ever moves in and not make changes to make it their own. In addition, those A/C units look dated and are probably not as efficient as new one. Also, I did not see any heating. Yes I know it's Italy and it's hot but I live in Sicily and we have and use heating for 1-2 months in winter! Over all and compared to others you have shown, I would put this at the bottom of the list.
It needs more work. Better finishes for the exterior walls and floors going into the apartment. The walls and ceiling inside need to be redone to look exquisite and professionally renovated . There did not appear to be sufficient lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. The exterior spaces need to be cleaned, power washed and completely redone. They were dirty. Who pays for the internal common area maintenance and the external maintenance outside the apartment. While I see individual a/c units are they new? Any sort of heating? The bedroom is always going to smell like whatever is being cooked as I did not see any ventilation. The beach looked nice. Good video but apartment lacking to that price.

Amazing. Very Arabian looking, Southern Arabian to be exact. The inside is so very much like houses in Hadhramout. Could it be that they are using, too, limestone whitewash as paint (i.e – limestone, burnt, crushed and mixed with water)? Even the curved ceilings are so similar!
I have been wondering, who influenced who – the Southern Arabians influenced the Romans or vice versa.
