  2. The first chef to appear on the list, Casamiro? Tatiana didn't hire him. He had outstayed several owners in the failing restaurant and Tatiana wasn't willing to fire him until Ramsay showed up.

  3. This guy uses “the famous chef” a lot. It’s starting to become a game for me, gonna count how many times he says the famous chef now lol

  4. Ravioli can’t be raw. It’s not meat. It can be undercooked or cold. You might try harder.

  5. Fun Fact : Toasted ravioli is a thing in Chicago , but its really just ravioli that's been deep-fried with a side of marinara. It's actually really good , maybe that was the chefs inspiration but his take on it was horrible

  6. The funny thing about the Cuban place was the owner bragging about the major decorating highlight being all those glass bottles… full of toilet bowl cleaner.

  7. No disrespect to anyone, but you can't expect folks from another culture to come in your restaurant & prepare your culture's cuisines without teaching them, especially if they can barely speak English. Smh, that lady was crazy and she kept babying that guy was annoying. 🙄
