  1. What a great place! Very classy, I need one of those chandeliers! I don't have anywhere to put it, but I would be willing to build a house around it!lol!

  2. Hi Stephanie after a long time. I just ❤️ ur show. Lionard probably best real estate company 👍

  3. Another amazing tour of a lovely home, Stephanie. Thank you.

I have to say, my favourite part of this property was the surrounding property! I LOVE how green and natural feeling it felt. And I adore how "unkept" it looked, with overgrown grasses and flowers, overhanging wisteria… just splendid.

  4. Finally some proper "CHECK IT OUT!" again 😄
And by the way: The property really has a beautiful garden (and enough sculptures for at least 2 houses 🤓)

  5. Today Stephanie brought us a very high level property, I do not even dare to look at the price, I am flabergasted

  6. I think you've reached the stage where you should do like a spinning thing with arms upraised and as you twirl, you disappear in ablaze of sparkles as you say "check it out!"😁

  7. I really enjoy these videos, the properties and Stephanie are elegant. Keep a talent like that

  8. Hello Stephanie ❤️this property is splendiforous!!! 😁garden is amazing and with a little attention will be great. Thank you for showing, once again a magical place🙏🏻❤️

  9. It’s in Florence. Anywhere near Stefanie is fine by me. If there’s anything in the property that doesn’t suit my taste, I can just tweak it to my liking.

  10. How to live like Lorenzo the Magnificent! Classic Italian beauty… the gardens, statuary, interiors… and Stefanie! Thanks for another great video!

  11. Just a great big whopping wow all around. Before I even start watching I tick a thumbs up coz I know it's going to be good. A great city aswel and this apartment would just be the cherry on top of a delicious Italian cake. Grazie mille.

  12. The first thing I noticed was that the lawn needed cutting. But then I noticed all the flowers and thought they should wait till they stopped blooming
And then cut it. It actually looks good that way.
This apartment is so lovely and classic that if I could live in it, I would never want to leave.
How many apartments are there in the building?
