  1. That looks like so much fun!!! Thanks for the great travel tips. Can't wait to see all your pics on Instagram! You looked fabulous every day, of course! The pictures of your family were wonderful! Christmas card worthy I believe! I bet you are exhausted. I would love to go overseas someday but the long flight sounds awful. 😂 Overnight is the way to do it. I hope you enjoy the remainder of your summer and can catch up on some rest.

  2. You looked exhausted by the end; but so fabulously dressed. Loved your self-made wardrobe choices, and especially your linen wedding guest dresses were Devine.

  3. What a great trip. I loved hearing about it and seeing your daily outfits. I like your chatty videos as I get on with my knitting while I watch/listen. I don't otherwise pick up my knitting during the summer 🙂

  4. What a great video! We are in Rome right now (resting after big tour of ancient sites) and we did Pompeii yesterday. So so amazing. So far our favorite. Love your outfit recaps. I made notes from your videos for my own wardrobe and and so far, so good except for pouring rain part of every day so right now we are drying out too ! Looking forward to more videos. Will be fabric shopping here as well!

  5. Oh my goodness Whitney! You looked SO BEAUTIFUL dressed up in those pretty dresses and they fit you perfect. I didn't think I would like the mustard one (major yuk on me), but I think it is my favorite on you! You did an amazing job preparing for this trip. We never go anywhere but Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri, but it was nice hearing all the helpful hints.

  6. What an amazing trip. Thank you for sharing all the tips to make travelling easier . The mix and match wardrobe worked so well .

  7. Looks like you all had a fabulous time!!!!!! And, all looked great as well. I know traveling is much fun, but it is always nice to get home.

  8. Your trip sounded so lovely and all your outfits were perfect for all occasions. I’m sorry your feet hurt. When in Europe I always think about all the walking we do. Your kids looked so cute in their outfits, too. What a trip. I lovingly say that by your last day you looked pretty frazzled, but all worth it for the memories. Thank you for sharing with us, that was very kind. Loved all your outfits of the day.

  9. Great catch up on the travel and outfits. I realized I replied to a couple prerecorded videos…..guess you’d already finished sewing 😂. I was shocked to see you were back😮. Glad you all had a great time and are working on resting up and readjusting to the time change. Looking forward to more pictures & stories & of course the fabrics!

  10. I really enjoyed hearing about your travels and seeing your beautiful outfits! I’ve been to Italy twice and loved it. Next time I travel, I’ll take your advice about the laundry refresher. Were you worried about the big bottle leaking in your luggage? Loved your photos, too. Such a beautiful family!

  11. What an amazing time , I just can’t imagine ! My boyfriend is Italian and his uncle has a winery. He wants to take me there as well as Germany. It is so exciting hearing about your trip ! So excited to hear about the flour Whitney. I would love to know how to get order the flour and wine ! I have issues with eating grains! Loved all your outfits ! So awesome to rub elbows with interesting people ! Glad your back! Can’t wIt to watch Friday to see your finds😊 .

  12. It's funny you should mention the gluten. A lot of people from the UK say the same. Obviously some people here are coeliac and they get refunded for gluten-free products by the health system (which is excellent but we pay for it through our taxes!).However I think the bread etc just contains fewer preservatives.

  13. Also not sure why I am appearing as WendyGoulin (my birth name I discovered at 45!) as I am SallyWinch @itsnevertoolatetocreate – the mysteries of technology!!

  14. Isn't Italy wonderful? My hubby and I spent a lot of time there when we lived in the UK. There's only good and better wine in Italy and the food is splendiferous!! So glad you had a wonderful trip. Looking forward to seeing the fabric hall.
