Hot Chocolate 3-ways

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

Classic Hot Chocolate:

-Doodh (Milk) ½ litre

-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 & ½ tbs

-Milk chocolate ¼ Cup

-Cocoa powder 2 tbs

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

Mexican Hot Chocolate:

-Doodh (Milk) ½ litre

-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1

-Brown sugar 3 tbs

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Dark chocolate ½ Cup

-Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp

-Cocoa powder 2 tbs

Italian Hot Chocolate:

-Doodh (Milk) ½ litre

-Dark chocolate 4 tbs

-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs

-Cocoa powder 3 tbs

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Cornflour ½ tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs

Directions:

Classic Hot Chocolate:

-In saucepan,add milk and boil it to boil.

-Add sugar,milk chocolate,cocoa powder and whisk until well combined.

-Add salt,mix well and bring it to boil.

-Serve hot!

Mexican Hot Chocolate:

-In saucepan,add milk,cinnamon stick,brown sugar,vanilla essence,salt and whisk well and bring it to boil.

-Add dark chocolate,cayenne powder,cocoa powder and whisk until well combined.

-Bring it to boil then remove cinnamon stick.

-Serve hot!

Italian Hot Chocolate:

-In saucepan,add milk and boil it to boil.

-Add dark chocolate,sugar,cocoa powder and whisk until well combined.

-Add salt and mix well.

-In milk,add cornflour and whisk well.

-Now add dissolve cornflour,whisk continuously and cook until milk is thick (approx. 2-3 minutes).

-Add marshmallows and brunt with blow torch.

-Serve hot!

-Saucepan mein doodh,darchini,brown sugar,vanilla essence aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay dein.

-Dark chocolate,cayenne powder AUR cocoa powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.

-Ubal anay dein phir darchini ko nikal lein.

-Garam serve karein!

-Saucepan mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.

-Dark chocolate,cheeni aur cococa powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.

-Namak dal ker mix ker lein.

-Doodh mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.

-Dissolve cornflour dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).

-Marshmallows dal ker brunt torch sa burn ker lein.

-Garam serve karein!
