  1. I have stomach issues and cannot have hot spice. I wonder how the consistency would be if I just used the sweet sausage, salt, pepper, parsley and the mozzarella and substitute onion for the garlic. But leave out the salsa and pepper flakes.
    I always love to watch chef Pasquale cook! No 'oh yea baby' with this dish I see!

  4. Looks great. I'd make some plain pasta and toss it with the oil and juice in that baking pan. Or maybe some mashed potatoes.

  6. What type of peppers are they? I find only Hatch New Mexico peppers or Anaheim.

  8. I made your Fussili with sun dried tomato and sausage, excellent! Tonight I’m going to substitute the sausage with ground beef. Next up, I can’t wait to make the stuffed peppers with sausage. Pasquale you are the best!
