Epicure is a three-starred Michelin restaurant situated in Le Bristol Paris

Nicolas Sarkozy often visited this restaurant and counting Epicure among his favorite haunts. 

Chef Éric Fréchon is the man behind the scene and he has produced many masterpieces. One being stuffed Marconi with black truffle, another being the famous bladder chicken — chicken stuffed with truffle, then pouched in a beef bladder for four hours.

During my visit I was presented with the 20-year anniversary tasting menu, gathering the finest signature dishes that marked these twenty years.
