11:43 Gordon should do this more often. Trying the food with the owners or chefs so they can better understand his criticism as they're actually eating it with him
While I can understand his frustration, it is great that the owner Richard can acknowledge his statement about the neighborhood was wrong. Admitting a wrong is already half-way to being forgiven.
09:47 – An Italian chef invented the Caesar salad. Yes, he invented it while in Mexico, however that doesn't make it a Mexican dish. Especially considering he was from California.
Trusting someone who just graduated from Culinary School to run a restaurant is a huge red flag. You need to have more experience first to work at restaurant, starts from the bottom and also some knowledge in business with good management.
he called him for help and telling him his food is bad after he said the neighbourhood is the problem its a bit of a problem but not catastrophic u cant say(man o man ramsay gonna change these racist into ppl who eat happy here) like thats the actual reason i bet
Richard seems like a good guy. But come on dude…you didn’t know you needed a permit for the tent and no license when serving alcohol???? Come on dude, if people criticized you it’s because you f@$&ed up- nothing to do with race. Unbelievable.
As someone sho worked in one of the most popular restaurants in Oslo, which is fine dining, that attitude about the fried chicken is really annoying me. Even a michelin restaurants serve fried chicken!
Always amazes me these dipsh*t wannabee chefs that question Ramsay…who started as a dishwasher and worked his way up in some of the best restaurants across France and the UK. Went to culinary school…well la dee da – I've read Betty Crocker cookbooks you dumb *ss.

Gordon absolutely FLEXING by holding the plate for as long as possible. Chefs hands man. Crazy.

Why is the bartender running his mouth so much from the beginning and even after the makeover?

This is one of very few eps i missed. Did this place survive?
Parks Edge had some issues with health inspections after Gordon Ramsay’s visit and the reviews still weren’t great.
For those reasons, it’s not surprising that Park’s Edge closed in 2013, around a year after the Parks Edge Kitchen Nightmares episode aired on TV.
As of 2022, the old Park’s Edge Atlanta location is occupied by a new restaurant named Victory Sandwich Bar.
Richard is endearingly awkward. Lol

Jorge went from being one of the chefs I dislike the most to one I respect the most in this episode.

The great pretenders
From “My food is Good” too “Are you Listening to yourself?” , That’s a man who has accepted reality right there.

Richard and Whorehee
Imagine telling one of the world's most successful restauranteur that you know better than him in creating a menu.
What a moron.
Richard is a nice guy
I don't see why Gordon is surprised about the grilled endive. It's been around for decades. It was probably just a play for the camera…
11:21 for me as someone having a bird it´s even funnier😂 he nailed it
God this episode feels so scripted
When the owner gets defensive and says Gordon can’t come and insult him like that.
You’re not the first to say that buddy
Gordon is like a foul-mouthed Jesus, changing people's lives.
