STAC’s Hospitality Management students collaborated with the Rockland Community College Culinary Arts Center to present their “International Festive Tasting,” a culinary journey around the world.
STAC students showcased their knowledge and skills in hosting a successful evening event filled with delicious food, wine, and beer from Mexico, Spain, Italy, Japan, Thailand, and France.
Congratulations to STAC’s Hospitality Management students, their Professor, Angela McDonnell, and the RCC Culinary Institute students on hosting a fabulous event and supporting a great cause!
Proceeds from the December 2019 event benefited Meals on Wheels, whose mission is to enhance the wellness of Rockland’s older adults and their families by providing services that support their safety, independence, and health.
