Thank you for your video.
I'd eat that, … just saying.
I simmered Chicken all day in a pot with some onion, carrot, celery seed (no fresh) salt pepper, … and I tossed in a small container of Plum Sauce left over from the chinese take out we ate the night before.
I have the pot of chicken and broth outside now where it's still cold enough to harden the fat over night for me to remove in the morning and finish the soup with whatever I fancy.
I'm like you, I can throw in Potatoes, or Rice, or Pasta, it's all good.
If I was cooking pork, I'd throw in Apple Sauce. I also like cooking cut up pork in a can of Pineapple pieces and the juice.
Was I bragging about my two crates of Bar Clams?
I managed to pressure can 60 pints of pure protein goodness and thought I was finished when a lady friend wanted to know if I'd order some more Calms for her AND! Show her how to process them.
Of course I said yes. Silly me.
Keep up the great work and good luck.
