Hi Nick, OMGoodness, what a sky. That is a painting! Love the shed…a good studio~~ Love the mix of stone and bricks reclaimed – monster bee -WASP OH NO. How awful for you to have monster wasp sting your lip…. Very lovely little unit on the main floor! like the small kitchen. thank you for putting the seat down. I was wondering where the bathroom was located. I like this main all on one floor – no steps to climb, I can live down here and lease out the top. 2nd bedroom for studio! and extend into laundry for sink access. Oh I have to win the lottery very soon!!! Probably nice to have one neighbor! Oh those mountains…what a sky. The upstairs is a good space also. I hope you sell this one. It is a great holiday home! Great price! Like the pool and exterior, the interior layout is a bit odd, I would take everything out and see what a good designer could do with it, a few changes might make it much more appealing, still it's a great value, is the murder hornet included? 😮
Lovely to see a new build that's lovely and not over the top, but still has luxuries like the pool, garden and stunning views! The bottom floor could easily be spiffed up a bit and the perfect independent rental unit for B&B guests if you're not hosting friends or family.
That makes for some extra point in the economics of this property!
And you'd get all the b&b guests you like being walking distance from the village with big pool, fenced garden and most splendid views, and not have anyone upstairs at all when you're not there.
Nice for two generations of family as well! Very petfriendly also. It's a bit of a blank canvas for anyone who likes to decorate, but with great bones and location location location…. 👍👍💕

For a minute, I thought you were going to do an episode of Storm Chasers. I like this property. There's a good bit of ground to tinker in the garden with vegetables and fruit trees. The construction of the house is splendid, with the use of old stone and brick. I think the ground floor could be developed more; the wheels are turning in my head. I find the price reasonable, considering the newish build, the amount of land, a pool, and the up-to-date technology. Nick, thanks for another thumbs up tour!
