So simple but you just now its so flavourful. Excellent π
Very nice dish and explanations from Chef Cassanelli. I find his use of tamarind quite intriguing, as this is not an ingredient that I've seen widely used in Italian cuisine; at least, not to my knowledge. I also really like Chef's striped apron, with the grommets for the shoulder straps — very stylish, indeed.
Italian food is so happy.
