Weird History Food is serving you a big ol’ bowl of pasta facts. For centuries, the production of pasta has been an art form in Italy. Pasta’s story is also one of trade, culture, and migration on a global scale.
Like the many different pizza styles littered across America, pasta comes in all shapes and sizes, ranging from slender spaghetti to squat rigatoni noodles. Pasta shapes are not just decorative; many chefs claim that the shape and texture of the pasta will impact the overall dining experience.

Man, pasta's the shit. My favorite are definitely fusilli and penne, as for dishes, nothing beats carbonara and quattro formaggi.
Fun fact
lasagna is actually noodle cake
Her voice and narration is the worst, please get the main guy back….I honestly don't know who wants tho listen to her shitty Cali voice.
Yo

I'm Italian and I approve this video.
how the alcoholic drink sake is made would be fun. I saw a really over rated Japanese anime and they mentioned how it came from women chewing up white rice and spitting it into a jug and letting it ferment
Not y'all using an AI image at 4:38 lol 😅
Yeah, there's a reason I don't watch these videos when I'm planning to eat. 🤢 lol

I love the shape of cavatappi, ziti, rigatoni and rotini.
I did not need to see all that feet
I'm thoroughly American but I can guarantee you I eat more pasta per year than even the average Italian. It's my favorite food; so much so that, once I was old enough to start cooking for myself, my parents made a rule that I could only have pasta once a day. I, of course, did away with that once I moved out and now it's more normal for me to have pasta for both lunch and dinner than not. My favorite shape is radiatore (little radiators).
It’s only a matter of time before the rest of the pasta is gone
"Donna e mobile" and "Largo al factotum" are in this video! Also, I love almost all kinds of pasta. Nice!
Itallian food sucks, next to Indian, I cant think of worse. Everything is pasta, cheese, tomatoes, and garlic. They got pasta from the Chinese, and fucked it up so badly. Chinese noodles are heavenly, Italian pasta is meh at best. The most frustrating thing is how much people like it, it's the 4 lyric pop song of foods, it's the same thing over and over, yet tards still crank it every time it's on the radio.
There's obviously a VO rotation schedule…o mean…

Gnocchi isn't pasta. It's potato dumplings.
Has anyone suggested Shaker Fries?
Well, at least there were fewer people who needed to eat pasta after 1918…
Spa-ghetto. That is a run down resort area
no mate, eliche doesn't translate with screws, but propellers. screws are viti.
Learn how to correctly pronounce tagliatelle – there is no hard "g" sound. The gli in Italian, is a triphthong, so its pronounced like ylee, and even that isn't a quite right transliteration. It's tal ya tell ye.
By the same token, you mispronounced Romagna, also with a hard "g". It's Roe man ya.
This channel makes me want to be more adventurous with my meals!
Omg please let’s disseminate the Muslim influence on dried pasta on social media. I’d LOVE to see the red hats cancel PASTA. 😂😂
Wrong narrator….
I like the new voice over. It nice haveing more then one voice. I often binge these as I'm painting.
Not my narrator. Nope, not watching. Almost unsubscribe
